Tangle Step-Out

Oh, Rick and Maria have delighted us with a new tangle to name and deconstruct. See their tiles here.
Some lines are straight, some are curvy, they all have the under and through design.

I have chosen the name stella for the star shape and outstanding qualities.

Here are my step-out ideas but still not sure how to put in more points.

Good luck everyone with your naming and ideas.

Home

Last month I posted a ZIA called Secret Garden which reminded me of our garden, we have a shady area surrounded by Silver Birch trees with lovely shiny bark where we like to spread out a blanket and enjoy a picnic. This week for The Diva's Challenge I took my inspiration from the large piece and our Secret Garden.

Cadent

Running a bit late this week with The Diva's challenge. When I started tangling cadent was one of the first that gave me that jump of surprise. Circles and S shapes equals tangle magic.

Eccentric Circles

Challenge #74. The Diva has come up with another great string idea.......eccentric circles. As I am tangling on the official Zentangle ensemble tiles for 9 nine weeks of challenges I thought 'ooops' what am I going to do here? So I have drawn a string in a string. The sort of wonky circles look squashy and bulgy, I am glad there are 'no mistakes' in Zentangle! Love and hugs to Laura and Zentangle friends.

Spirilations - Finer

Experimenting is such fun, I have tried bigger, bolder, brighter, darker and now finer. With this ZIA I used a 005 Pigma micron on Saunders Waterford (140lb) watercolour paper.

Size:19.5cm 25.5cm (71/2" x 10").
